Easy Vegetarian Recipe's in the show plz!!

Hey people, um im from the UK and I love the show but Their isnt any Vegetarian recipe's on it, and im not so good at cookin plus, im gonna try something to cook for my mum, so please put up some vege recipes in the show! Thkz

Niall needs to do some shows on "the mother sauces" - kicking off with a béchamel, then show what you can do with it.

For example, from a béchamel you can do:
Mac and Cheese
A Vegie Mornay
Sausage Gravy and Biscuits (OK, American thing)
Crepe Fillings

He could make a basic in one show, and refer back to it in future shows.

I'll do you a bit of a deal and add one of the "bites" as a veggie option in one of the upcoming shows! If i did veggie for the whole show most of the viewers would go insane! I'll also try and do a couple of dishes where the main ingredient can be left out but the dish still tastes amazing and also on the upcoming pizza episode for example I think it might be cool to do some of the pizza's as veggie options!

I won't foget the veggies in the future I promise :)

Yeah I think they would be a pretty good idea alright as there is as you say so much you can go on and do and extend them with! One thing that a lot of people really struggle with is a good tomato sauce and although it might sound boring as hell for a whole episode once you actually have that nailed you really are laughing for so many different dishes!
