Just wondering if we will see HTML 5 implemented in the futureI am sure they will. http://m.revision3.com - the Revision3 mobile site - is already HTML5.

Moving the general site to HTML5 would present a couple of challenges though. A lot of people are using IE. IE9 will be HTML5 compliant (whatever that means -its not a ratified standard by any means), but IE users are slow to change - and they are still the dominant browser on the web.

ie shouldn't be a problem since rev3 could just detect the user agent and revert it to flash, but for those of us on any other browser, this would be great. I've always hated flash, and they only site I still need it for is rev3.

Revision3.com already supports HTML5 video. It has for a long time. Happily watching videos on my iPad for months. :)

Really? Happily?
I only watch rev3 on my iPad now and it's one in ten times that I can stream successfully.
I live in korea with a great connection, and seriously rev3 usually craps out when streaming vids on my iPad. Did you have to direct it to the mobile site?

Otherwise I have to click on "subscribe" for every video I want to see and download it thru iTunes before watching. That's about three steps too many to watch rev3 shows for me

I just go to the episode page and watch it on my iPad. It is likely the route from Korea to Revision3's CDN that is causing the problem with it crapping out. Might want to do a traceroute to bitcast-a.bitgravity.com to see what is going on network wise.
