I have really enjoyed the show very much. I really want to try some of these recipes but I dont always have the time. I just recently was able to prepare the steak. I never realized how easy it really is.
Anyways, I Was wondering Is there a back log of show notes for the ingredients and preparation of previous episodes? It would makes things a lot easier instead of having to re watch the show again and then having to play and pause the show for what I need. Maybe someone could start a thread of ingredients and prep work for each episode so It would be easier to find. I know I'm asking a lot but it's just an idea.

Each episode's web page has the ingredients and instructions.

Greetings!
Sorry to bring this thread back up, but I have a tiny complaint about Food Mob. What I think you should say is that all the weekly episodes have recipes attached, but most of the dailies do not.
And I have to say, it's a little frustrating for someone who's somewhat new to cooking. I can make my way around the kitchen, but I'm a type that really prefers to know the quantities for things, so when I watched the daily episode about the "perfect applesauce," I was frustrated when the spoken recipe was like:
Take some apples
Take some banana
Take some cinnamon
Take some apple juice
Blend
How many apples/bananas? How much apple juice? I can add cinnamon to taste, but the more components in the recipe without quantities there are, the more confused I am. I'd be happy to experiment a little with it, but I'd rather dirty up my food processor getting it right the first time...
It makes me not want to try most of the dailies that are actual recipes instead of instructional.

I was just noticing the same thing with the dailies. There are some great ideas in the dailies, but seeing ingredients and measurements on the pages would be great, especially for newer cooks like me who need all the help we can get. Also I'd love to see the recipes on the full shows beefed up (pun intended). The ones I've looked at seem pretty simplistic, missing a lot of the detail I'd need if I didn't remember the details from the show. The shows are great to give me an idea of the process, but I almost always want the text recipe sans video when I'm actually making the meal.
Also, semi related, I go back to Food Mob's show notes pages for the recipe information, the autoplay of the episodes on the pages are always pretty annoying when I'm just looking for the ingredients from the show notes, especially when there's unskippable, unpausable pre-roll ads (usually playing over the audio of some other Rev3 show I'm watching). Small thing, but super obnoxious. Can the autoplay be turned off by default?
Other than those two things - I love the show. I've been trying to get into cooking for a while and it's given that aspiring hobby a kick in the ass. Thanks!
