I've been trying cepstral voices and I'm satisfied with it. But I want to know if there is something with better performance?
Is $29.99 a voice a fair price in this market? What is a good app for text to speech?
Im on an eeePC 900 with 2GB of ram running windows 7 ultimate 32bit
and my main OS drive is a RUNcore 64GB SSD.
