Can you tell me what is wrong with Penn said. Furthermore can you tell me what is wrong with the libertarian point of view (as if there is one view). Not just what you ave been told but something that you have observed first hand.

reporting of libertarian gatherings are a lot like the reporting of gay rights gatherings in that the news media like to report only what is going to get everyone attention, like the weirdest dressed or the most controversial sign. In fact most of the time they are not a good representation of the group at all.

Back to the penn point. It's true that the current arrests are based on old wire tapping laws. But those laws were created to Protect Individuals from the state overstepping it's authority in gathering information.. the forth amendment. I argue that any activity performed by the state is property of the state and therefore the peoples too. Let the cameras roll.

Yeah I've heard about this happening more and more and I think it's total crap that the officers would act this way. I can't believe they're trying to do something like this. I think everyone with a cell phone camera should start filming every officer they can. They can't arrest us all. When enough people are brought in for this lame ass shit it will stop because it will just clog things up.
