If it hasn't already been suggested...
What say you rev3 to a new Systm ep. following a day at the digg headquarters? Show us all the people that work there, the offices, the server setup, day-to-day operations??
This wouldn't only appeal to REV3 fans but also to Digg fans.
What do the rest of you think?
This show has been on hyatus for way too long :D

I agree, it really has been on hiatus way too long. Systm is, really, one of my favorite shows and has such great potential.
Although a behind the scenes tour of digg might be interesting, I'd still like to see the show just come back, regardless of what nerdy, techy topic they cover.

It would be a cool episode if it wasn't just filler content until a new (and nerdy) episode of SYSTM is released. As cool as this sounds I want the real deal first! LOL

I think that would be a great idea. It would possibly bring a new wave of viewers to the site that maybe are on Digg but don't know of or watch Rev3 content. But as Phatlip said, not if it's just a filler episode with stuff we already know. There's another idea, a full fledged Digg documentary, I think it would be cool? who agrees?

Not only Digg, cover Rev 3 and Diggnation as well. As great as Diggnation is, I believe a show like Systm will make Revision 3. They really should invest more in its production.

So, let me get this straight. You guys want Systm to merely be a show that takes you "behind the scenes" at various locals?... Guys, it's just an office with nerds and geeks manning computers and phones. Maybe they have an air hockey table. Sorry, I don't want to learn how to BUILD MY OWN DIGG OFFICES!
Boring.

You're completly missing the point!
We mean maybe on SYSTM for one episode do a behind the scenes of Digg/Rev3. We never said have the show changed to be in that format.

Boring.I have to agree with you ...
"And on the left, we have the photocopier ...it does 50 pages per minute double sided. Dan copied his ass at the lat Christmas party and mailed it to everyone as a Christmas present ... good times."
"Here is the conference room. We have meetings in here."
"This is Kevin's desk. You can see by the pile of post it notes he doesn't sit here that often."
<then the highlight of the tour>
"This is the diggnation beer fridge."
Yep. Riveting entertainment. I am guessing that the servers for Digg are probably colo'd at a hosting centre, and the actual office space isn't that exciting.
This COULD be an interesting 5 minute segment on a show out of curiosity, but I doubt it would fill a full show.

Uhh, is that not the point of Systm though? They could show what they do day-day and what they do to constantly improve Digg, prevfent GAming, and yes of course the fridge. :D
And the rev3 l00k would also be awesome.

not a bad idea, I would live to see it. I wouldn't mind seeing a behind the scenes workings of Rev3 and the process of shows coming together.

Any Systm is better than no Systm, and you're kidding yourself if you think they'd have to compromise the style or content of the show if they go behind the scenes of all their companies.

there is a wikipedia entry on all the staffers http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Revision_3#Company,but seeing how it all is under wraps is awesome.

Yes, Systm is a really good show with a good format. But personally I think Dan lets the show down a lot. I'm sorry, he seems like a nice guy but he gets too nervous on camera, stutters and thus can't present properly.

Agreed. I find Systm and theBroken nice to have at least one of them once every 6 months, no matter how crappy the episode is.

He does have troubles with prompters etc. but he is part of the beginning of Rev3 and should always be there. I don't mind him, even though he sounds like a robot. It just wouldn't be the same without him.
