I'm no attorney, but I think Rev3 would automatically have rights to it due to trademark law, so if someone where to buy that domain -- rev3.tv, Rev3 could easily get it back.

I own a rev3.*** domain and I wouldn't mind donating it to rev3 if they wanted it. I have gotten so much joy out of the content it would be only fair.
