Newsarama did an interview with Warren Ellis about the novel that he has coming out titled Crooked Little Vein. It's at http://forum.newsarama.com/showthread.php?t=99505
I'm intrigued and I think I may actually read it (if only for the Godzilla bukkake sequence). How about you? What do you think?
My first thought was, "I'm not even sure how much I like his comics, so I don't want to read a novel by him." Then I read the description, and this is the kind of whacked-out stuff I occasionally get into, sounds like hardboiled Pynchon (lit cred!). My interest is piqued.

I knew I was gonna buy it as soon as I read "Godzilla Bukkake". I do have my problems with Warren Ellis every now and then, the whole super ego thing wares thin fast but he is still one of the top 5 writers working at the moment.
