Looks like "Spider-man & The Terrible Horrible No Good Very Bad Day" to me.

It's Spidey just finding out that he's gonna get his ass handed to him(at least once) by Eric from That 70's Show and Lowell from Wings.

Even more importantly....what the hell is Spider-Woman doing with her leg?

Great minds kinda think alike.
Sometimes.

Maybe this is the unrevealed cover for the last issue of the Amazing Spider-Man Civil War arc. Spider-man just found out that Mary Jane gets shot by the sniper and bonds with Venom during the final battle?

It's actually the cover to the Spidey issue of the Fallen Son mini

Possible a variant cover - I haven't seen Finch solicited to do any for for upcoming Spider-Man titles. Speaking of variant covers, will Michael Turner be doing anything other than covers for Marvel. He's everywhere!

From tonight's Joe Fridays(#33)
Quesada on David Finch:
David Finch http://www.newsarama.com/NewJoeFridays/NJF33art/FallenSonSpidey-ColorCover_t.jpg (javascript:;)JQ: David is wrapping up Moon Knight, drawing a Dracula story in Legion of Monsters - Dracula and working on Civil War: Fallen Son – Spider-Man. I’ve also seen some preliminary sketches for a massive cover that David is working on and it’s mind numbingly brilliant!

What about Michale Turner. He seems to be spread kinda thin at the moment.
Does he do anything but covers and fake covers(looking at you FF)?

He's done the same with Civil War with numerous variant covers. Speaking of Civil War covers, McNiven's cover for Civil War #7 is awesome. It looks like it is four pages wide. (19 more sleeps)

I really dislike Finch's art... just look at Spiderman's arms there, it's rediculous, who has muscles like that? It kinda looks like one of those 'bodyworks' exhibits or whatever they're called, where all the skin and flesh is taken off the body so that only the muscles underneath are shown. Reminds me of 80s style art like Leifeld's, although in better proportion.

Yeah, I was going to say over-rendered, over-muscled crap, but same difference.
I guess some people must like this, but honestly, I just don't get it. I got in trouble last time I said this, though (about Deodato and his new "style").
Why is Spider-Man sad/angry/pooping? That's what I wonder
