I've always sucked at removing backgrounds, changing the bg easy. Editing other aspects of the pic easy. But I will give it a try anyways.

You could just extract the head from the picture, I'm not going to do it because extracting can be a bit difficult with only a laptop trackpad, as you can see from my earlier masterpieces :D
