How to decide where Dan should live

In the latest episode of Dan 3.0, (Sandcastle) Dan had a problem with the methodology on how we will decide where he will be living.

If the Admins have a Polling function they can use, then post a poll here on the discussion board from suggestions already received via the Decision Engine.

Problem is that he has viewers that don't watch him on Rev3. They watch on YouTube and may not ever come here, but I guess he could direct them to come here to vote.

I think he should just make a website for people to vote at. And whatever city has the largest number of votes wins.

That could work. What ever he's doing now apparently does not work for counting and culling votes.
