Diggnation On The Wii

I recently pruchased a Wii and would like to watch the Diggnation live stream on it. The problem is its opera browser won't let me view quicktime files? Does anyone have a solution?

nope you cant. I think Rev3 uses Flash8 and the Wii only does Flash7. Sorry :( You could download it on your PC and then look into Wii Media Streaming apps like Wii CR.

Yeah it's really too bad, well at least you can still watch youtube videos.

The full version of the browser isn't out yet so maybe when its releases it will play them. Speaking of the browser anyone else been using it and the Wii just freezes up?

I really only used it once, when I first downloaded it. I found is pretty easy to scroll and zoom on pages be it's the typing that always kills these things for me, it's like the PSP, it takes forever to ****ing type ****ing ANYTHING!

hey i got a quick question for you wiiers (snicker) can a lazy slob like myself play that thing without you know moving around? i mean at all just the thumbs.

There are no thumb sticks (well not on the wiimote), but really I just sit down and and rest my elbow on my knee.

see that sounds too much like work for me. everything i seen is people jumping around and such. i just spent two years dodging bullets and i am tried of jumping around. then again that might make a good game you could call it "duck & cover" and it could have a co-op mode called "friendly fire"

They over exaggerate the actions, those commercials were filmed in a studio far before there were even dev kits for the system. Practical games such as Zelda make you move just a little bit because to slash your sword you swipe the wiimote. The game I would avoid is Rayman though, that is the game that is most likely to make you jump around, that and wario ware smooth moves.
