Yes, please do, I also want to know how to make the Razr louder, the phone sucks big ones.

To save you guys a day or so of searching forum after forum to find what you need I have uploaded all files and programs need to mod the razr to your liking. Here is how to get everything working. Download and unzip, run the setup “zeze_mms..”Next run the set up for rsd lite. Now open rsd lite and plug in the phone. Windows will see all kinda new hardware and look for drivers. All the drivers it needs are in the “MOTODRIVERS” folder. After all the drivers are done then p2kman will connect to your phone and all should be good.

How to change the logo on the front the razr.

Tools needed
Data Cable (usb)
P2kman
photo editor

how to:
1.Find or make the image you want to put on the phone the image size must be 96x80 pixels.
2. Save the image as cl.gif (must be exact and a gif file).
3. Open P2kman and make sure phone is connected. Look to the left side and you will see the folder structure, if not click “update list” Find the old cl.gif file in the “system” folder and delete it then simply upload the new one to the same folder.
4. Restart phone. Look were it says “phone controls” and you will see “restart phone”
5. Remember the new image has to be the same name and size.

As for making the Razr louder I have not done this but you should be able to find out how to do that and many other things at this forum (http://www.mobile9.com/invboard/index.php?showtopic=10574)

for modding the RAZR, i'd recommend coming to me or howardforums.com ...i used to have a RAZR and i did all kinds of mods to it...i upgraded the firmware on it like 10 times, added new skins/themes, put on my own ringtones, fixed that display thing you guys are talking about, increased the volume, increased the sound quality and camera quality...i can go on and on and on...hell, i even hacked EDGE into my RAZR

Only the dogs know where my USB cable kit is, and whether it'd even have a plug to fit the Razr. Where did you find it?

umm...you should be able to find a cable ANYWHERE...all the RAZR uses is a simple Mini-USB to USB cable...they come with some card readers, some digital cameras, some printers, etc. also, you can probably pick one up at some place like Best Buy or CompUSA for like $5

yeah they should ask you.. i haven't gottin into have the stuff that can be done. I have just done the easy stuff like themes,pics, ringtones and a few apps and did work to well.

any who, i updated the font pic to show diggnation some love now, just because the rev3 tv did look right to me.

yeah, i didn't put anything really cool on my external display...i did however flash it to the stock Motorola (unlocked) firmware and unlocked the phone and my outside screen thing was a animated Motorola logo which looked kinda cool
