Anyone else catch/notice how when talking about the electron microscope on ebay and talking about having to hire someone and Alex mentions having to really put your penis in it, and then right after Kevin says "I think my girlfriend can operate one of these". I'm surprised Alex didn't comment on that.
Is there a deal between the two where Alex can't comment about Kevins girlfriend or something? That seems like the type of thing Alex would normally jump all over.

I drink Manhattans (whiskey and vermouth ,tho I use sweet vermouth, instead of dry w/ bitters) outta the same Crown Royal glasses every nite.
Hoped for alittle more talk about phone differences/experiences during the story.
The Titanic: watched a show that spoke of the rudder controls of the Titanic and postulated that it was human error. Apparently (from what I can remember) they were similar to like that tank game w/ 2 joysticks and U would push 1 forward and the other back to turn.. but was reversed. So when the berg was sighted in front of the ship, a newb steered into centermass of the berg, instead of away and clipping it. Was on a Natgeo or Discovery channel show (was on an actual channel and not a youtube or internet conspiracy vid). I half paid attn to it at a buddy's as we were making dinner. I've also heard of the use of substandard rivets/materials in the construction to lower costs.
I luv eggnog.. but not w/ alcohol in it. I'll have 2 drinks.. 1 of tasty eggnog (that I slam like the bunny in Quik chocolate milk commercials).. and another cocktail of my choosing (manhattan, Sea Breeze, Skrewdriver)
edit: when I drink lotsa eggnog (nutmeg).. I get lotsa lower back (kidney area) spasms/tightness .. is nutmeg bad for kidney/urinary process? nutmeg and asparagus both "stinky pee" foods?

I liked the tongue-in-cheek bit about comparing smartphones and their users' perceptions. I love how many of my friends go on and on about the features of their phones, and all the stuff they can do with it. What they don't tell anyone is how little they actually use these apps and features. Perhaps if I lived in a large walking city like Chicago or San Fransisco, I could find use for the social aspects and geolocation stuff. Where I live, I have no real use for a phone that does more than make calls, text, and take occasional pictures. Smartphones are nice, but they don't fit into my lifestyle at all. I also don't understand paying $70 - $100 per month for data services that I pay ~$30 at home for.
