Free Diablo-like Game

Does anyone know a good Diablo-like game, preferably free? I've been missing that kind of RPG game.

Not free, but Torchlight is diablo-like. It's $20 on Steam and there is a demo you can try out. I've seen it on sale for as low as $5.

Also on Steam is Titan Quest. Get the Gold version for $20, it includes the original and the expansion, which are normally $15 each. Titan Quest is Diablo 2 set in mythic Greece. It's very, very similar to D2 with some nice improvements, but there's a lot of hours of gameplay in it and a fair amount of replayability. There's a demo for that one too.

Wow, when I was searching on Google about this, I also found those two as recommended by other people. I'm going to check them out. How about free ones?

FYI, Titan Quest Gold is now on sale on Steam for $5.

I think I'll just get Torchlight since it has lower system requirements. It's also on sale, but it's still more expensive than TQ ($10). But that's ok. I'm playing it on a laptop that's not really designed for gaming, so lower system requirements are better.

Good call. I've played Torchlight on a laptop with the basic intel integrated graphics, and it runs pretty well. It has a "netbook mode" for low end systems.

FYI: Steam is having sales on ALL the top games for PC. You should check it out if you haven't opened Steam in a while. A lot of the Indie games they are practically giving them away for free.
