I've uploaded a great picture of myself, well ok, not of myself, but a nice picture.
Anyway, I can't get it to show when I post stuff, but when I go to my profile the picture is there...
Help, anyone...?

You need to upload it into the Avater settings. Check out the menu options under the User CP menu above.
