I know I could ask this in another Forum but I don't dare venture outside the geekdrome walls. Is there any free (I mean legal free) video editing software for the PC that I can download.

I use Adobe Premier/Audition ... but isn't there a MS product out there ... something like Movie Maker that is free?? One of the Scopetech guys did some great editting using it ...

yeah, movie maker is what I use for a low end editor. It's pretty robust for free.

also you could download a trial copy of Ulead's Movie Maker, or one of their other titles. I think it's good for 30 days.

My macbook pro is so hot that if men put it on there laps they will never have children which could be a good thing when you see the people using macs.

I like apple selling the macbook pro as a birth control for men that will never see a real girl. i think they should sell PC's with a lotion and tissue dispenser.

madripper...y all the mac hate? geekdrome is edited on a mac. most of the comics you read are prolly colored on a mac.
it's not a big deal though dude...everything macs do will be on your windows machine in 6 years and you and all your friends can talk about how awesome the new window's os is.

I love macs and have a house full of macs and I edit all my podcasts on macs i am just saying they are very hot.

I was expecting a reply about how Boot Camp allows you to play games on Macs, but the console gamer excuse also works. :)

yeah, movie maker is what I use for a low end editor. It's pretty robust for free.
Movie Maker is cool, but I find it stupid how it does not give you the opption to burn to DVD.
Movie maker is the only one I have every used, still waiting for something better for pcs.
