"Dimes in a Shotglass" encoding issues?

the new episode of Scam School, "dimes in a shotglass", isn't playing properly on my TiVo HD. The audio plays fine, but the video freezes for a few seconds, then plays for a few seconds with heavy mpeg artifacts, then freezes again, then plays again, over and over - for the whole episode.

I've watched Scam School on my TiVo for years, as well as other revision 3 shows, and this is the first one to have encoding issues - but I figured I should give you guys a heads up.

We did encode this episode slightly differently than previous episodes, as a test of iPad HD compatibility -- it worked great on all our test boxes here, though.

Can you provide your exact model number and any other relevant details on how you're subscribed to Scam School on your Tivo? Thanks.

I'm having the same problem. I'm using Win7 x64. iTunes (x64) latest version.

Same problem here.

I'm on a TiVoHD Series 3, with a season pass through the Video On Demand > Free VOD and Web Videos menu.

It's a TiVo HD XL (Series 3). No mods, bought new.

I'm not using TiVo Desktop to sync podcasts, I subscribed by going to "Video on Demand" from the TiVo menu, selecting "Free Web Videos", and picking the respective shows.

New episode of Scam School is also unplayable - as is the new episode of Film Riot. New episode of Diggnation plays fine.

"phone" plays fine on my pc w/ vlc

My replay (full frame link from my RSS Feed in MP4) lagged the video like crazy. Even after a reset. The sound played fine, but the video would freeze and jump. This was on the 161 episode though.
I was able to play it on the Rev3 site perfectly though.
