Jailbreaking iPhone4 4.3.2

So i managed to jailbreak my iPhone4 on 4.3.2 by following the instructions posted on your website with RedSnow. Now everything seems to be working as it should. All i am wondering is where do I go from here? Is there any specific places that I should be looking for themes and other fun iPhone things? And one last stupid question: having a jailbroken device doesn't that mean free apps in the app store? The totally upsetting thing about all of this is that I work in an Apple Store and I have no idea how or where to start on any of these things. Thanks friends...by the way, I just started watching the show literally about an hour ago and I am hooked. I just dont understand why at the end of almost every episode the iPad thats on the table is used as a coaster.

1)First of all you should check that you have "cydia" installed on your homepage
2) if you do search cydia for "winterboard"(should be the top result), once found install it
3)it should appear as an icon on your homepage
4) now search cydia>sections>themes complete for a theme you like the sound of and download it
5) now open winterboard scroll down to "select themes" and tap the name of the theme you installed
5) your iPhone will respring this can be a little scary the first time but just be patient
6) your theme should be installed and your homepage should now look different
