Is it that they are 3 seperate images photoshoped together? The background is one the Prom dude 2nd and the blender the 3rd?

The UPS driver is obviously gay. The young man had just finished tailoring is own tuxedo. The UPS driver was so taken by how hot the guy is in his tux, he drove off the road. The police are actually the fashion-police. Their questioning the UPS guy about the out-of-style turned-up collar and bow-tie combined with the quite stylish high-buttoned vest.
