Yeee Hah......Daytona 500 today in about 2 minutes. Who siked?

Klitzy is.

If anyone didn't know already, Klitzy lives in Martinsville (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Martinsville,_Virginia) and has over time become a Nascar fan.

Also, one of my best friends is a racer (http://www.bradcoleman.us) and hes awesome.

Go Jeff Gordon....

Anyone else like racing? Hahahaha.

*Klitzy realizes that now everyone thinks he looks like a total redneck*

I'm kind of a fan, my dad's a huge fan though.

Go Jeff Gordon....

(Feburary 16)- - Jeff Gordon's car failed the post-race inspection following his victory in the Duel at Daytona. Gordon forfeited the fourth starting position and will start Sunday's Daytona 500 from the 42nd position. It is the lowest starting position of his Cup career at Daytona

hahahahahaha

here the race in a nutshell. go forward, turn left. repeat. car wreck. go forward, turn left. repeat for 4 hours.

It's more than that bro, turning left at 200 mph in a car that's extremely hot on the inside, while 41 other cars that are going the same speed are little less than a foot away from you.

So... what's the appeal exactly? I'm just not into the whole driving for 4 hours. I know some people are but I can't wrap my head around why it's as popular as it is and has the huge sponsorship business that it does. I know that there is a lot of skill and precision in that kind of driving but at the same time, it's still just driving.

It's rather difficult to express really, but if you go to a race, then you'll know if you like it or not. I go to two in Dover Delaware every year.

Just go to race if you want to know what the deal is. Alot of energy there.

I was freakin SIKED to see Martin up front. I"ve been a big time Mark Martin fan for a long time, and I don't think anyone out there who would disagree with me when I say he deserves a Nextul Cup Championship.

Was a little pissed to see him lose, but damn what a finish. A nice race.

Yeah, I guarantee you if you go to a race, you'll have tons of fun, the noise, all the fans, it's awesome, end of story.
