I Need A Cartoon!

Its for tommorows history class, and IDK what to do, my computer is getting fixed and my mom's doesnt have photoshop, all I wanted to do is a photo of Saddam and Bush getting off the hole where saddam had the US cash, cartoon style, in black and white, please can anyone make it for me, please!!!

ive tried paint but there is no way in hell it will work, im desperate!!!
