Was wondering what customization apps you all use. Launchers, icon packs, etc. Are they free or pay?
Uxtheme Multi-patcher [Free]
Stardock Iconpackager [Pay]
Stardock Objectdock Plus [Pay][Free, non-plus is available]
... and I think thats about it.

I just use XPize (http://xpero.msfn.org/). It basically skins the XP GUI to that of Media Center Edition.

i really don't use anything, but i like OSX's UI so much, i'm prolly gonna install FlyAKite OSx in a few minutes
I use XPize, which doesn't just add the theme for XP Media Centre (my Windows OS) but also updates icons that look dated, such as those that weren't updated between 2000 and XP.
I also use WindowBlinds for the theming aspect however I'm running the Vista beta at the moment so havn't really done anything because I love the Aero theme :)
On my mac I don't really do anything, just change the wallpaper now and again.
I really only use the uxtheme patcher, iconpackager and Tweakxp.
Everything else I do is either hacked personally, or not touched.

Stardock WindowBlinds 5.01 - for skinning
yZ Dock .83 - for the OS X-esque dock
Sysmetrix - for SysInfo display and hiding desktop icons.

I was recently using CursorXP and Windowblinds but since I can basically do the same things freely I decided to go that route. :D

I just use that UXTheme.dll patch and download styles off of DeviantArt (http://www.deviantart.com) . It's simple and works for me
I'd post the link to the dll patch but I can't remember where I found it...and a good Google search should take you to it
I think most people on this forum knows about it and uses it lol
