Here's the deal - this is a Rev3 forum.

The Pilot Shows forum *should* be for Rev3 Pilot shows like NotMTV, and Pixel Perfect before they became shows in their own right.

Its not a place for people to really come in and advertise their own content - but since it kinda fits here we are pretty lenient.

If noone is watching or commenting - what can you do about it? Raising awareness on these boards is one thing (try the General Discussion forum - just don't make it to be spam ... ask for comments, direct to a URL for your website). Throwing it out on the Digg podcast section is another.

BUT - how about a description of WHAT it is about? Give us some incentive to come take a listen. What seperates you from the pack? Is it more "two gus on a couch talking about stuff they found online"? "Wayne's World for Tweens"? "Crocheted handbags and the modern hunter"?

At least give us an idea about what it is about.

Thanks for the heads up!

Its basicly 2 guys talking about things they stumble upon on the internet over a weekly basis or so. We also both have kind of a techy background.

The best description is obviously in the podcast itself :)

Okay, then you need a website. Don't want to put out any cash? Wordpress.com or blogger.com is your best bet. You're talking about stuff, and you should do show notes.

You need hosting - get that for free. You can use rapidshare, but I hate rapidshare. I like mediafire.com. Also check out Odeo.com

Sorry, I get enough 'two guys talking tech' from... oh, you know... 90% of the current podcasts. I'm tired of it, want more non-tech content. I'll listen later today when I am not as busy but I just get a little annoyed that the majority of podcasts seem to be the same formula over and over with little variation.

Yeah, that's another thing, you need to distinguish yourself from others, there are many podcasts like yours.

Are you basing that off my description? or have you accually lisened to it?

I only stated that we both have a techy background... many of the things we talk about arent accually tech based.

Sugarsickness & Ryudo- looking forward to your opinions/thoughts :)

hmm needs quite a bit of work,it just sounds like boring chit chat and bounces around too much...and yeah it's just nothing that gives it it's own ID...try to know a bit more about what your are talking about in the podcast..too much "I think" "or some shit" meaning you don't know..so why would I listen..like listening to someones convo I am not interested in.
