Weird dream with Kevin in it.

I just had to post this because I had a dream last night with Kevin in it. I find this strange because I rarely even watch Diggnation but anyway here's what happened. I was walking by a road near a highway looking for my friends. I hear a group of guys behind me and one of them sounds like Kevin Rose. I turn and there's 2 girls. One of whom looks like Thora Birch in Ghost World (I had seen the movie the day before) and the other just hot long haired girl. A bit behind the girls were Kevin and Dan. I ask him if he's K Rose and he says yea. I told him I hear Diggnation and watched TechTV...Blah, Blah, Blah. We talked a bit about why he's in the area (Jersey) and about Amsterdam. The weird thing is when he spoke his face would look like squished and droopy, almost like facial stuttering. Anyway, I'm not much of a talker so I cut the conversation short and said I had to go look for my friends.

Well like in real life. I can't talk to girls for shit and I only talked to the guy because I know him from TV/net.

I always wondered what your name meant. But now your explanation has made it so much more clear, like a dew covered window. On a rainy day. That becomes snow. And then a blizzard...surrounded by storm clouds. In February. While a volcano erupts and spits pumice flakes throughout the atmosphere, enveloping the entire environs in a musty lung burning haze. And then a comet hits the planet with the force of ten trillion megaton hydrogen bombs sending Earth into a millennium long black winter...

Mine came from a character in my long forgotten unfinished novel about supervillian henchmen and why they would fight for a nefarious character knowing they were expendable and will be the first thrown over the cliff.

My original gamer tag was "Masher". I started using it in about 1997. I thought of it because my hobby was brewing beer. Converting grain starch to fermentable sugar is called "mashing". I'm a masher. I thought it would be appropriate for gaming because I was a "button masher". It's also slang for someone who forces unwanted attention onto women.

I added SCF later because those are my initials and I wanted to personalize it.

I made the character up before Splinter Cell but he is suppose to be pretty close except his main weapon is a string. Sort of like the string guy from Ninja Scroll. As for the Diggnation Graphic Novel, I wouldn't even go near it. It looks cool but it's bad enough I'm dreaming about them, I'm not going to start drawing them.
