Wow after i watched episode 89 i went out and bought a white pizza. It was the best thing in the world. post your own stories and opinions on white pizza.

It's not. It's actually no better for you than standard cheese pizza. Pizza is not really health food. But then again, too much of anything good seems to kill you...

Not all white pizzas are created equal.
A good white pizza is very very good. A bad white pizza is worse than the worst frozen pizza from your local supermarket freezer case.
We have a local pizza place that does a great white pizza that is drizzled with pesto sauce. Lots of flavour, and not dripping with cheese.

Now, is white pizza with ricotta or some sort of bechamel? Being slightly lactose intolerant, I steer clear of white pizza.

With a lactose intolerance, I am guessing that most pizza would be out, except the outstanding Napolese Marinara Pizza I had in Pompei ... no cheese at all ... thin, wood fired crust, magnificent tomato sauce, seafood - including clams in their shell - tossed on top ... best pizza EVER ... but a bloody long way to go, and delivery would cost $2K and be cold by the time it got here.

You are forgetting your book of AB, friend. Fresh cheeses like ricotta are a no-no. However, aged cheeses with active cultures are usually okay. I make my pizza with a blend of Provolone, parmesan and other aged Italian cheeses.
Certainly, someone would extreme intolerances wouldn't be able to partake. However, there are lots of natural alternatives open to people with only partial intolerance. I can eat yogurt as well.

i get the white pizza on west coast but you need broccoli on it. for some reason i dont like regular pizza in Cali. its only good on east coast (from my experiences)

Can someone explain to me exactly what white pizza is? I've never heard of it before. It sounds good though.

Simply put:
Roasted garlic (spread on the crust like peanut butter) + cheese + herbage (can be basil OR oregano) + other extras - tomato sauce = WHITE PIZZA FTW!

Simply put:

What?? Never roasted garlic?? Get a head or two of garlic (not just a clove), chop the top 1/3 off the bulb (so that you see the top of the cloves), drizzle with olive oil (on top of the cloves), wrap in foil (sort of bunch the foil up to the top like a hershey kiss, but leave a small air vent), throw into a 450F oven for 45-60 minutes. Let it cool (a little), then just sqeeze the garlic out. It will be buttery, and sweet - not at all like regular garlic.
For the other extras can I suggest chicken, mushrooms, and sage (as herbage)?
For cheese ... ricotta is good. Buffalo Mozzarella is good. American, Jack, and Cheddar is bad. A Bechemel sauce (one of the mother sauces) is just a cheese sausce, and is really good for this too - even if made with cheddar.

I'll eat it every once and awhile, like if I eat at California Pizza Kitchen or something. But I need toppings on it (like with any pizza, a pizza is not a pizza without toppings god dammit! Cheese is not a ****ing topping).

It's basically pizza with a non tomato sauce, it has sort of a buttery sauce, I really don't know how to describe it better than that.

Sounds yummy, I guess the closest thing to White Pizza which I know is Flammkuchen (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tarte_flamb%C3%A9e).
