idea: diggnation live on justin.tv? [Archive]

Hey this one is for the diggnation crew! This new site has come to light on the net. Justin is the CEO and the Camera man:

I am broadcasting live video of my life 24/7 to the internet. I started Justin.tv because I thought it would awesome for people to see what it was like to be Justin.

I convinced three of my friends (Emmett, Michael, and Kyle) to join me out in San Francisco. Now, we're starting a company to make broadcasting live video on the web easy.

I was wondering if anyone other than myself would totally facinated in having these guys do a diggnation live over justin.tv! I thought Kevin would love this idea, because of its web 2.0 potential!

This is one of the coolest things I've seen on the net in years. This really is live streaming video of this guys life. He has his cell phone number posted on the site and I called him to see if its real. There was a 10-20 sec delay but his phone rang and said "It's somebody from Maryland". I also sent him a text getting him to say my website on the air (Phatlip.org) and he did it!

This is awesome, I would love to see Diggnation do something with these guys.

I'm not sure about the shower or the ladies but I know he keeps it on when he goes to the bathroom. He took a dump today and kept the camera on. You couldn't see anything because the camera is from his view so all you saw was the bathroom wall but still, kind of funny.

I'm totally addicted to it. I've seen him Twitter "shower... brb" so I assume he stays off cam for that.

After checking out that Justin.tv site and watching Justin on the weekend at his pad in San Fran (It's there right?) , since Kevin Rose and Alex Albrecht are sometimes nearby I propose they crash the next house party that guy has and drink some beer with him and crack jokes live, who thinks it's a good idea? Honestly I think it would be cool as like a common thing they did so we could see more of them live, but if they did it just once I think that would rock.

If you haven't checked out Justin.tv its really cool its a guy with an EVDO card (4 of them) and a backpack and hes live 24/7.

What does everyone else think?

Yeah they need more bandwidth, the site works most of the time but lots of freezes. I always see him on his laptop discussing with his buddies about the site justin.tv. I also checked it when he was going on a date, it was odd..

It's like I'm spending my life watching someone elses life.
