I will start off with a couple.
1. The slow motion walking scene in Reservoir Dogs.
2. Crane Kick at the end of Karate Kid
3. When Han shot first.
4. "My name is Maximus Decimus Meridius, commander of the Armies of the North, General of the Felix Legions, loyal servant to the true emperor, Marcus Aurelius. Father to a murdered son, husband to a murdered wife. And I will have my vengeance, in this life or the next."
5. Final fight in Rocky Balboa

I freaking LOVE this thread!
Get away from her you *****!
When some wild-eyed, eight-foot-tall maniac grabs your neck, taps the back of your favorite head up against the barroom wall, looks you crooked in the eye and asks you if ya paid your dues, you just stare that big sucker right back in the eye, and you remember what ol' Jack Burton always says at a time like that: "Have ya paid your dues, Jack?" "Yessir, the check is in the mail."

"Because you're a white suburban punk, just like me."
one of my all time favorite movies... and the fact that it was funded from the Liquid paper millions is just another reason why this movie captures so much of what the 80s were.

"...Luke, I am your father."
One amusing bit of trivia. This turn was so hidden that the script didn't contain the line at all. They wrote "Obi-wan killed your father." They only pulled Hammel over at the last minute to tell him the actual line in order for him to stage the proper response. They added the line later when James Earl Jones did his voice-overs.

Usually a good intense moment in any movie, including Admiral Ackbar's rendition in Return of the Jedi.

"Japanese submarine slammed two torpedoes into our side, Chief. We was comin' back from the island of Tinian to Leyte... just delivered the bomb. The Hiroshima bomb. Eleven hundred men went into the water. Vessel went down in 12 minutes. Didn't see the first shark for about a half an hour. Tiger. 13-footer. You know how you know that when you're in the water, Chief? You tell by looking from the dorsal to the tail. What we didn't know, was our bomb mission had been so secret, no distress signal had been sent. They didn't even list us overdue for a week. Very first light, Chief, sharks come cruisin', so we formed ourselves into tight groups. You know, it was kinda like old squares in the battle like you see in the calendar named "The Battle of Waterloo" and the idea was: shark comes to the nearest man, that man he starts poundin' and hollerin' and screamin' and sometimes the shark go away... but sometimes he wouldn't go away. Sometimes that shark he looks right into ya. Right into your eyes. And, you know, the thing about a shark... he's got lifeless eyes. Black eyes. Like a doll's eyes. When he comes at ya, doesn't seem to be living... until he bites ya, and those black eyes roll over white and then... ah then you hear that terrible high-pitched screamin'. The ocean turns red, and despite all the poundin' and the hollerin', they all come in and they... rip you to pieces. You know by the end of that first dawn, lost a hundred men. I don't know how many sharks, maybe a thousand. I know how many men, they averaged six an hour. On Thursday morning, Chief, I bumped into a friend of mine, Herbie Robinson from Cleveland. Baseball player. Boatswain's mate. I thought he was asleep. I reached over to wake him up. Bobbed up, down in the water just like a kinda top. Upended. Well, he'd been bitten in half below the waist. Noon, the fifth day, Mr. Hooper, a Lockheed Ventura saw us. He swung in low and he saw us... he was a young pilot, a lot younger than Mr. Hooper. Anyway, he saw us and he come in low and three hours later a big fat PBY comes down and starts to pick us up. You know that was the time I was most frightened... waitin' for my turn. I'll never put on a lifejacket again. So, eleven hundred men went in the water; 316 men come out and the sharks took the rest, June the 29th, 1945. Anyway, we delivered the bomb."

http://www.tigersweat.com/images/ariz07.jpg
He was horrible. The lone biker of the Apocalypse. A man with all the powers of Hell at his command. He could turn the day into night and lay to waste everything in his path.He was especially hard on the little things, the helpless and the gentle creatures. He left a scorched earth in his wake, befoulin' even the sweet desert breeze that whipped across his brow. I didn't know where he came from or why. I didn't know if he was dream or vision. But I feared that I myself had unleashed him. For he was the fury that would be, as soon as Florence Arizona found her little Nathan gone.

Pretty much the whole movie is full of rad moments, but the big one is when Wyatt gets the drop on Ike and lets him go and he tells him..
The Cowboys are finished, you understand? From now on I see a red sash, I kill the man wearing it. So run you cur. And tell the other curs the law is coming. You tell 'em I'm coming! And Hell's coming with me you hear!
HELL'S COMING WITH ME!
I love that part!!
I also like the end of Heist with gene hackman and danny devito...danny's character is shot and he' mumbling "how about that?" Gene's charater walks up and points the shotgun at him and Danny say "wait, don't you wanna hear my last words?" Gene looks at him and says "I just did." and smokes him. very very rad.

Sorry guys, but the raddest line ever in a movie goes to Nicholas Cage in Wild at Heart.
Now remember this is before political correctness, so it probably wouldn't fly now, but it wasn't intended to be offensive to anyone except the thugs he was saying it to (his character was named Sailor after all);
To set the scene, his character has just left his lady-friend behind. He's walking down an abandoned city street carrying a duffel bag containing all his earthly possessions. We see a street thug leave an alleyway and start following him, then another pops out of a doorway and also starts following him. More follow and soon he's surrounded by about 30 or so big mean toughs staring at him with murder in their eyes. He knows he's boned, there's not much he can do, pleading for his life isn't going to help. So he puts down his bag, lights up a cigarette, takes a drag and says;
"What do you fa**ots want?"
Too cool for school...

Some Tombstone favorites:
Doc Holliday: And you must be Ringo. Look, darling, Johnny Ringo. The deadliest pistoleer since Wild Bill, they say. What do you think, darling? Should I hate him?
Kate: You don't even know him.
Doc Holliday: Yes, but there's just something about him. Something around the eyes, I don't know, reminds me of... me. No. I'm sure of it, I hate him.
Wyatt Earp: You die first, get it? Your friends might get me in a rush, but not before I make your head into a canoe, you understand me?
Johnny Ringo: Don't any of ya have the guts to play for blood?
Doc Holliday: I'm your huckleberry.
Johnny Ringo: My fight's not with you, Holliday.
Doc Holliday: I beg to differ, sir. We started a game we never got to finish. "Play for Blood," remember?
Johnny Ringo: Oh that. I was just foolin' about.
Doc Holliday: I wasn't.
And one from LOTR
Aragorn: Sons of Gondor! Of Rohan! My brothers. I see in your eyes the same fear that would take the heart of me. A day may come when the courage of Men fails, when we forsake our friends and break all bonds of fellowship, but it is not this day. An hour of wolves and shattered shields when the Age of Men comes crashing down, but it is not this day! This day we fight! By all that you hold dear on this good earth, I bid you stand, Men of the West!

In one when he shows up at "one" of the Sarah Connors houses and he's like "Sarah Connor?" and the lady is like "yes?!" then POW he kicks the door open and BOOM BOOM BOOM fills her full of lead. Rad and scary. and then the scene the TRS guys did when the T-1000 is chasing them and turns his hands into metal hooks and "clank clank clank" hooks his way up the back of the car and rakes out the back window. Rad and scary. /shivvers
