Let's get an L.A. Diggnation group together!

It's on April 11, that's a Tuesday. Location TBD. My name is Brian, I'm in North Hollywood. Looking for people to hang with / carpool to the event.

If we can get at least 10-20, I think it would be worth it and fun!

If you live in central or North L.A. (Downtown, Burbank, Hollywood, Simi Valley, Santa Monica, Glendale, Pasadena, ect) and are interested, RSVP with:

1. your name, age, and location
2. can we use your place as a meeting / party place before or after? if so, how many it can accommodate.
3. do you need a ride?
4. could you an drive a carpool? if so, how many others?
5. what can you contribute? snacks, drinks, booze (21+), ect.

For example, myself:

If we get more than one or two takers, this thread will be updated with all the info we can gather - names, times, locations, travel info, party info, ect.

you're not originally from LA, are you(is anybody?)? i've found that most west coasters use the term soda. "pop" seems to be more east coast.

Seriously, they have to announce the location in the next few says so I can make arrangements or else I can't make it. As it is, I'll only be able to fly in overnight right now. I'd need someone who can pick me up at LAX (Cody?) on that morning or whatever and who could take me back any time the next day.

I'm flying out on the 11th to help my father setup his servers. Best thing is his office space is 7080 Hollywood Blvd! So I'll be right in the area. But does anyone know what time they are filming? And are there any age requirements, because I am only 17?

Yah! Am soo going to do this. I don't have a ride but if anyone can provide one that would be cool. Am in Alhambra, which is about 15 mins. from Pasadena and Downtown L.A. Nevertheless, if I can't get a ride, I'll just take the Metro to there and back.

i just figured out that i will actually be in north hollywood for the live taping on the 11th, but like universal i am curious about an age limit. i am only 16, and i was thinking about going with my step-bro who is 17 but idk if there is an age limit. would be awesome if someone could clarify this point, otherwise this live show is gonna be awesome!!!!!!!!

Well, I did a little more figuring and I think I can make it if I don't drink. Not drinking eliminates the hotel room cost and the drink cost which means I would just buy food and a soda or something along with gas. Mmmm...LA here I come!

Maybe at some point... my living situation (more the old lady downstairs) does not like ANY NOISE... so not sure if *I* would actually host anything, but it might be fun. (I do have a projector I got from WOOT that could be used!)

I would still have to bus to Century City, but it'd be soo nice to show up not alone. How out of your way is Century City? If it's by a lot, I'd rather just bus to Hollywood and Ivar. With LA traffic, it wouldn't take all that much longer.

I know this is pretty last minute, but I live out in Murrieta, south of Riverside, and I'm dying to go, but everyone I know is either under 21, and can't go, or they have class tonight. I can totally cover for gas.

I feel like such a loser for missing this, even though I'm near San Francisco. Oh well, I've been to two live tapings so far, and there will be others. More than anything, I was looking forward to seeing Cody again, but he's missing it as well at this point.
