The All These Threads Suck Thread

So Satori was bad talking all you Radders of the Lost Ark behind your backs, saying you couldn't come up with a good topic. Now this is mostly because of the threads being made that could be a simple private message. Stuff like this (http://revision3.com/forum/showthread.php?t=4994) and this (http://revision3.com/forum/showthread.php?t=4948).

And after going back with opinions in mind, yeah, these do pretty much blow.

Can I do any better? Probably not. Pretty much my only thread was this one (http://revision3.com/forum/showthread.php?t=4965) but that was used for a public apology.

So that this thread does not become just another shitty thread, let's discuss what to use this thread for.

1) Request deletion for threads that have been there awhile, could've easily been a PM, and still have no posts in them.
2) Any of you guys who are unsure whether or not to make a topic a thread, run it by us first, and will tell you.
3)Say cooter alot.

Second. Mods are around to deleted, merge, and lock threads.

If you want to delete or merge a thread, PM one of the mods. Both kowgod and I are in here and online most of the day and into the night.

If you want to create a new thread, go ahead and do it - but take a look around first. If there is already a thread on the subject post in there - otherwise, you might find the post merged in anyway.

We rarely delete threads unless they are outright spam. If a thread is dead, it gets locked and fades away by itself. We do occassionally delete individual posts in threads if they are flamebait or trolling.

Third. You could say cooter a lot if you want ... but that was part of the Drome. Celebrate your past, but maybe its time to build some new traditions.
