Launch Firefox
Select File > Import
One of the options will be Opera. You'll then be able to import all your data from Opera into Firefox.

I'll leave that one up to Token. An Opera fanboy like himself would give anything to lock a pro firefox/anti opera thread. ;)

I love Opera but it's crashing every day now few times a day so I got sick of it..turns out my friend is having the same problem on his machine so until Opera fixes this I will use FF but I already miss many of my Opera features:(

I am not sure if you use the Feeds feature in Opera, but the only feed I have in there is this one (http://my.opera.com/desktopteam/xml/rss/blog/). I have had a build or two of Opera that was terrible, but not for quite some time, and can reinstall a previous build to get me back to stability (I run the beta builds).
The current beta build (8769 (http://snapshot.opera.com/windows/o920w_8769.exe) - Note: Windows build, builds for other OS available via the feed) was released on Monday.
I am hooked on the new Speeddial Feature ... [CTRL]+1 for Rev3, [CTRL]+2 for Digg, etc.
I was having issues recently with Greasemonkey Scripts as well - there was a linkify one that was causing me problems. I am not sure what (if any) UserScripts you are running, but try disabling them, then turning them on one by one ... I was getting really pissed off at Opera until I realised it was a borked script. Anyway, try clearing your cache as well, and grabbing the latest and greatest build.

Nope no feeds and I clear my cache every day more than once and even tried getting the latest version...still did it at random times on random websites for random reasons and my friend has the same problem so I will stay clear of it for now.

Such is life. You'll be back later :)
BYUT, as an aside, when you did get a problem with a page, did you ever report it to the Opera team? The software you are using is still under development, and without feedback from sites that it is broken on, it can't be fixed (if indeed it is Opera - and not just stupid web developers that can't code to standards).
To report a website with a problem in Opera, go to the "Help | Report a Site Problem ..." menu item. With the list of builds they do, the fixes they list in the changelogs for specific site issues is great (ie they listen).
