It is actually "joost (http://www.joost.com/)"

It is a legal peer to peer way to distribute video. Kinda like napster for tv with the networks on board... Good for them. Hope it works.

It's by the same guys that did Kazaa and Skype. I'm not sure but i think they just got Viacom for the Comedy Channel with the Daily Show etc... hense the whole youtube v's viacom court action.

It's alright, the videos kind of low quality, but the interface is nice.

There is a lot of content on there, but nothing I really want to watch.

In Joost version 0.9 open your widgets and one of them is an invite widget.

AFAIK you just need to make an account, then log into the Joost website and go to https://www.joost.com/download/macosx/ to get Joost for Mac.

Good direction for IP TV.
Netflix is better than it right now content wise though. (cuz netflix has money)
