cant get systm onto my ipod

i have a 60gig ipod video. And i have all Rev3 podcasts on it but i cant seem to get all systm to sync onto my ipod. Podcasts are the only thing i have set to auto sync and to update and dl all the lastest and oldest eps. itunes shows all systm eps as downloaded and all have a check beside them. but when i sync my ipod only the newest ep goes over.

Anyone have any suggestions for this? and no my ipod isnt full.

There was an issue with the encodes. All the small quicktime prior to #6 have been re-encoded. We validated that it does work with the iPod. You will need to unsubscribe from the feed, delete you old files, and re-subscribe again.
