This question sounds retarded till I explain, so sit back and enjoy some words.
Basically what content is the show suppose to cover? You seemed to cover everything. That isn't necessarily bad but you have to realize that at some point you're going to step into other shows territory.
One of the problems I had with the first episode was that half of the stuff I'd already heard Kevin and Alex talk about on Diggnation and it made me skip through the episode.
I just think you guys should pick a niche. You seem to talk about video games a lot so I figure something more along the lines of just Movies & Games would be better than trying to cover all of the recent goings ons in the land of technology.
I didn't put this in the criticism thread because its more of a question for them and I'd like to hear their opinion about it without cluttering the other thread.

To quote the intro:
Three RAD dudes, with nothing better to do, get abducted by the crew of the starship Alpha-2. They're from the planet Q, which through a space-time loop is stuck in '82 and must be rescued. They need our heroes to discuss the latest news, and give their reviews of games and movies too.........
Anyway, I don't quite recognize your description of TRS. Especially not episode 2, which I found to be a big improvement over the first one. Did you watch ep. 2 yet?

"We hope you're not confused; we swear it's all true. Not just the premise to...THE TOTALLY RAD SHOW!"

One of the problems with making podcasts about contemporaneous media is that it has a severely short shelf life. Who wants to hear about last year's movies and digital cameras?
TRS does lack a certain fine focus, but that's one of the thing that is good about it.
You should watch a fresh TRS with an open mind.
