I have a feeling this movie is going to be a huge train wreck and that saddens me. Such a great story.

Well if you think about the single titles from Marvel, non-crossover. Most characters have their "great" story.
X-men: Phoneix, already mucked it up.
FF: Galactus...we'll see...
Spider-man: Gwen Stacy (IMO) and that seems like possibly the fourth film.
Iron Man: Demon in a bottle.
Not sure about the others, but out of those, they already messed up one BAD.

True. I still think they are going to pull the switch on us with MJ and Gwen. They have done a pretty good job thus war with the SMs.
X-Men hasn't been terrible. Are they going to do another?

let's hope not. but i heard at the lcs the other day that they are making a solo wolverine movie, but i have nothing to back that up with
Marvel announced the solo Wolverine about the time that X3 came out.

That does seem lame, but the other option of just having a dude in a Galactus suit does seem like it would be pretty corny on the big screen.

What was it about the title "Possible Galactus casting" that made me just laugh hysterically? I just got this image that flashed through my brain of a range of actors trying on the big suit with the big hat and saying less than a full sentence with BIG gravitas...
Storm cloud? Does water vabor travel through space? We Are Doomed, folks, this movie will destroy us. Somebody grab the ultimate nullifier....

UFF got dropped with the last issue, it was hard for me because i've been with it for the beginning and since i have no knowledge about the FF it was a good introduction, too bad that sucky mike carey took over and crapped it up.
but if they go with the whole "galactus as a cloud" isn't that similar to the ultimate galactus we saw in the GA LAK TUS trilogy? it was just made up of a bunch of insectoid machines, pretty similar idea
I've fallen behind on UFF. I think I've read up to #32. Got to get caught up but the land art amkes it hard
