:) I know im gonna get some crap for this but my computer is dead therfore im using my moms laptop for the time being, anyways whenever I load webpages lilke DeviantArt for example or anything with a bunch of graphics they dont show up , instead I get empty pic boxes with x's in em , and I have to go pic by pic and right click and select show picture, it then shows the image , I cleared temp files, reset all settings in explorer, and im still having the problem? Im using cable modem 2 way , sick fast , brand new lap top bought within 6months running xp media center edition, all updated , all fixes , and I run diskkeeper every day as well as registry mechanic and CCleaner.... any ideas?

you don't have some "high speed" dial up software installed do you ?
some of those use image compression to help speed up the connection, in one of these pieces of software I think it was people pc they had an option to turn off images

I know that you reset your internet options, but just in case I would check under internet settings> advanced tab scroll down to multimedia and make sure there is a check in show pictures

if all else fails you may want to check with your isp ...I have heard of people having similar issues because there isp was acting kinda like a proxy server and they were not getting the most up to date version of the web page
