Just got back from the web 2.0 conf, which I was at yesterday and today. Lots of cool stuff upon the horizon, but what really was the highlight so far of the show for me was yesterdays keynote and especially the talk about "Built to Last or Built to Sell: Is There a Difference?"

this was pretty interesting and Jay Adelson from Digg/Revision 3 was on the panel. He talked a bit about the buy out options that where floating around last fall and how it really distracted the companies vision and employees with promises of millions of dollars.

A lot of the panelist really said that while some offers are great it really can hurt your company in many ways with the loss of control or vision.

While I have formed a lot of companies in the past and own part of one now its really good to hear alot of the Q&A from this talk.

anyhow im rambling, just thought I would mention a Revision 3 spotting at the web 2.0 conf :P
