I bought a Logitech MX Mouse off ebay, and I got the charger and the mouse, but didn't get a CD.
How do i get this thing to work?

Logitech have all their drivers online at their website.
www.logitech.com in case it wasn't obvious.

a few things we need to know... Which Logitech MX mouse? There are many Logitech mice that are in the MX series. Secondly, what condition was it in from the guy that sold it to you? Did he own it a long time, etc.
I'm guessing it's a wireless, with a built in lithium-ion battery. My suggestion would be to plug it into the charger and let it charge completely, most MX rechargeable with non-removable batteries have a power indicator on them. Then plug it in and try it out. If you are on XP or Vista you shouldn't need drivers at all, my MX 1000 doesn't and I personally don't like logitech's key mapping software.
The main problem with wireless rechargeable batteries where the battery isn't remove able is that over time the battery slowly stops holding as much of a charge until it finally won't hold one. Because you bought it off of ebay, there is a chance that the battery could already be shot, or at least partly show. Just something to keep in mind.
