DEATH SWAP

I'd have Marvel and DC switch villains for an entire year. There would be a 8 issue mini called "DEATH SWAP", in which Kang and either Captain Atom or Hawk would cause some kind of time catastrophe in which Marvel and DC villains would swap universes. For each company there would be a series of mini-series involving a number of A-List villains, a team book of B and C list villains, and a new villain created. At the end of the crossover, the Avengers would be disbanded and reassembled, three beloved DC supporting characters would be unspeakably assulted and/or murdered, and one Marvel and one DC villain would remain in the opposite universe permanently and become a good guy.

Would it suck? Of course, but don't they all?

Well when the Avengers are disassembled and reassembled, some deaths would be involved, probably Ant-Man and Vision. They're to be the Kenny of MU. Brutal murder of characters is DCs mandate. (Sob. Terra. Again.)
