I've just been watching the Justice League catoon series, and was intrigued.

Is there a definitive Braniac storyline?

Or even just a really good one?

Has Braniac been relevant in the DCU in the past 20 years, other than in the Legion (which is debatable in it's relevance, recent JLA/JSA crossover aside)?

Just curious.

Hmmm, I understand why this got put here, but I was more curious about Braniac's comic book appearances than the show...

the best suggestion i can give you is the current JUSTICE series, its not all about brainiac (but really, neither is Whatever Happened to the Man of Tomorrow) but he's been pretty frickin scary in the scenes in which he appeared

He was recently featured in a great Birds of Prey story. It's by no means definitive, but I think that Braniac works way better fighting Oracle than Superman.
