If any of you want to try and watch some of Avatar, I thought I would throw this nugget out there. Nickelodeon has a large amount of the show online on their "TurboNick." It isn't the easiest navigation, I had to check Wikipedia for an episode list and then scroll through and look for early episodes to begin watching.

The video quality isn't too great but it's an animated film so you'll survive ;) and it's a good way to test the series to see if you want to buy it on DVD.

My roommate back in college watched the show and I would occasionally watch it but I never got into it until recently when I fell back into it. It is awesome!

Anyways, check out http://www.nick.com/turbonick/ and in the lower left hand corner you'll find an icon for Avatar, from there you're on your own :)

I don't understand nick's page, help.

Near the bottom left there is a section called shows. Avatar is there but you kind of have to look for it. I'll check out some episodes on my free time, but I am surprised at how good of a show this is, it first struck to me that it was a kiddy show (since it is on nick)

This flash player has got to be one of the most messiest interfaces ever.

That flash interface is incredibly messy indeed. And yes I assumed that it was a kiddy show, since it's on nickelodeon, but if you think about it, Sponge Bob wasn't really for kids, like kids can watch it, but most of the jokes you could only understand if you were older. Anyways, I think I'm just gonna get the DVD.

Oh my god this is ridiculous, I finally find the correct full length episode...and it's in, I'm going to assume Spanish. Considering those DVD's....

EDIT: Whoa craziness, this show is nice. Found the English version, definitely easier to search by episode name.
