My attempt at a full CAC meal

every monday, all of my buddies and i get together to watch heroes and eat. i've been planning on making some of the CAC dishes for some time now. so tonight for my buddies i made 3 ... yes 3 of the dishes from the show. i made the monte cristo sammy, cheese pie and the crab cakes. i did make a different sauce for the crab, a homemade remoulade (http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,1915,149170-253203,00.html). plus i added green onions to the cheese pie and crab, and added some "Old Bay" to the crab. EVERYONE, (including my buddy that *****es about EVERYTHING that we guys cook) loved the food. and i think i got a few more viewers for CAC. ::cough:: make some more episodes ::cough::

Dude, nice work. All of it looks great. I haven't tried the crab cakes or cheese pie yet. Maybe I will. That's a hell of an idea for a "Heroes" party.
