G'day All,

I know I'm not the only Soprano fan here. What did you all think of the latest episode?
I think it's great what they've done with Chris. I think this show has some of the greatest characters in television history, with some really thick and complex backstorys that we've actually seen played out on screen. I've never doubted the motivation for any of these characters and their actions.

I found some parrellels between what's happening with Chris and AJ. Both have Tony as a father figure and both reacted differently to his indifference and then somewhat misguided advice.

What does everyone think will happen with AJ? Is he destined to follow the life of crime his father lives?

I'm going to sorely miss these guys when they dissapear later on this year.

i totally agree with the parallels between AJ and Chris, especially with how they cut back and forth from scenes involving both of them.
this i think was the best episode of the season, they finally covered things that were relevant and actually DIDN'T introduce something COMPLETELY new to the storyline that you're all of a sudden supposed to care about.

when aj was watching TV the last thing he watches has a line of dialogue about something like "we can't kill him yet...", then it cut right to chris. im interested to hear exactly what was said because everything david chase puts in deals with something.

last episode was awesome, I can see AJ entering "the family" during the last episode. a lot of shit is building up, i can't wait for the next episode.

I think AJ and Chris are really the spurrned sons of Tony Soprano. I think either one could be the undoing of him. Chris with the potential to rat him out or worse, and AJ following him into the business or worse. The potential's there for either of the characters to compromise Tony's position. I love the fact that this show could go anywhere before it ends. I don't think the creators nessesarily feel the need to have a "wrap up" at the end of the show.
