Rad Movie Marathons

Would it be Rad if we had movie marathons?

I don't know if anyone listens to "FilmSpotting", but they do this thing where they pick a genre of films and watch one a week and discuss it.

I thought that could be something we could try. Get them on Netflix and set a weekend to watch them and that Monday we can start a discussion on it.

We can pick important films of a genere...ones none of us really have seen or thing like that.

Could be a nice addtion to our Book of the Month Club in idea to get us thinking more about medias we all love.

That sounds pretty cool to me man. The only problem I can see is there being an issue of all of us getting the DVDs in time.
But past that, I'd be totally up for it.

thats an easy thing to sort out. all we need to do is know what we would in advance or we can do it alex's way and get it e-legally.

So what does everyone else think?

I think with Netflix (which isn't that a sponsor here) it wouldn't be too difficult to do.

We could even do it so we have a week to watch a movie..not just a weekend..that way there will be more time for someone to get the movie.

Plus we can decide in advance what movies and what order to watch them.
