I have a hard time wanting to go see this movie.

28 Days was set in a rehab center, and focused on the relationship of overwrought brain dead socialites.
28 Days Later is set in the Uk, and focuses on the struggle to survive in a world occupied by brain dead zombies.
28 Weeks Later has American soldiers rounding up people that aren't brain dead zombies.

I just can't see a connection in the plots.

I'll wait for the Paris Hilton remake. She is going to make a great brain dead socialite zombie.

WOW OMFG!

Dont wait for the dvd, this is a movie meant for big screen. I jumped out of my seat a few times, and as a man, im ashamed to admit that.

The New York Times (http://movies2.nytimes.com/2007/05/11/movies/11late.html?ex=1336536000&en=08b42f416e1ef2fc&ei=5088&partner=rssnyt&emc=rss) seemed to REALLY like the movie. Im a huge fan of the first one and I can't wait to see if it will be reviewed on The Totally Rad Show.

It kind of had an "American feel" to it, even though it was in London. But it was so good. To refrain from spoiling it, the last 10 seconds was great. Lets you know there might be a 3rd...or not, depends on if anybody is alive to make it!! MUAAHHAH!

I saw it. First off, I'd like to say 28 Days Later is in my top three movies of all time. I'll also say this is a good gore-fest, zombie (I know they're not technically zombies, just shut up) movie.

Second off, I'll say, comparative to 28 Days Later...it sucked...hard. It didn't have the atmosphere, but I can accept that since it's set in a different environment, but there was next to no characted development. Except for the dad and a bit for the sniper, I really didn't care if they lived or died at all. The opening was amazing and was reminiscent of the first movie, but I hate how they made the guy out to be bad for doing what was the right and smart thing to do.

Yeah, like I said, it had an American feel to it. The small, low budget feel the first movie had was gone. Still a great zombie flick though, I loved it.

Still a great zombie flick though, I loved it.They aren't zombies - they are infected with a virus.

Still - the first was a great zombie flick ... looking forward to seeing the second.

Aren't zombies just animated human body's devoid of life? I never knew the cause of what makes zombies, zombies had to do with the definition of what makes a zombie. Whether it be radiation from a comet, genetically engineered food, or nuclear fallout?

Anyways, this movie ****ing rocks. I was worried about using up may last Regal points on this movie but im glad i did.

Easy. Zombies.

Still think Paris will make a great brain-dead socialite zombie after jail? :D

Um, I thought this was the third....No ... and in case you missed it in my post referring to this being the third movie, 28 Days was the movie with Sandra Bullock in rehab.
More zombies - different location, different reason to be "undead", but completely unconnected to 28 Days Later and 28 Weeks Later.

ha it is a sequel to the third movie base off the book I am Legend (http://www.amazon.com/I-Am-Legend-Richard-Matheson/dp/031286504X) which is about to have yet another movie (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0480249/) based off of it. that's five movies based off one book, which was the third book by Richard Matheson

confused yet?

they r zombies. says so on the dvd case of Days.Yeah and tyhey described Pluto Nash as an action comedy - you point is?

I thought the definiation of a zombie was a re-animated corpse. That is, the person had to be dead. I am not sure that the RAGE virus qualified. Could be wrong, its been known to happen :)

frodosringfinger

I question them being zombies in 28 days later too. But w/e, the DVD case says zombies, so I believes it. BUT, they were definitely zombies in 28 Weeks Later. They actually bit people in this movie, then the people they bit got back up...and you know...hell broke loose.

what about the zombies in the movies Serpent and the Rainbow (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0096071/) and White Zombie (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0023694/)? both movies have zombies but no animated corpses

comhcinc
