I was just wondering where the host of pixel perfect got the wizard from as I wanted to try out the techniques and wanted to use the same wizard and such. If anyone knows just let me know!

Are you talking about the Wacom Tablet?
They're going to run you a pretty penny. At least $100 for the lowest end version. The one on the show is much nicer than that though, so I can only imagine how much it costs.

Yes, as scott1 said I was speaking of the picture of the wizard he was using in his illustration. But thank you for the link to the wacom tablet as well.

Ah, haha. I totally blanked. I figured you just weren't sure what it was called, and came up with the closest thing you could think of. Sorry about that.

Not a problem, also I had a question about his render filter of the clouds. I tried to do it in photoshop CS, to the exact same thing he created but for some reason the cloud rendering that he said to do would not appear when I tried, any ideas, do you have to pay extra for it or???

No, you don't have to for that or anything.
Make sure when you do it, your colors are set to black and white. Also make sure you have a new layer selected.

you were talking about a Wacom tablet.
here is a company that makes tablets as well for comps, there are no OSX or OS9 drivers, its not as nice as the wacom, however the 9X12 inch model is 99.99 dollars as apposed to 500+

I own the big one and it works nice, its a nice investment if you think you might want a tablet, although get the biggest you can afford, beacuse with a pen that is the same size as your screen.
