Has anyone else been into the Robin Hood on BBC America? I've been watching since ep. 1 and have enjoyed it. They started out great, waned a little, but now this last one especially was great. Anyone agree?

Robin Hood is quite possibly one of the worst shows the BBC has made in a long long time. I was absolutely appauled to find out they're going to make a second series, no-one I've spoken to over here seems to like it.

You should rent the DVD of "Robin of Sherwood" from the 80's. Experience BBC TV production in it's heyday.

The only thing that is ever on BBCA is Cash in the Attic and Footballers' Wives. I Tivo 'Spaced'. That's about it. I have too many shows to watch anyways, can't get into another one!

It's on ABC ( abc.net.au )here in Australia which right from the get-go indicates the target audience is 50+ hehe.

I missed the first episode, watched the 2nd and thought it was pretty mediocre. They're all a bit poncy and sometimes their clothes look way too modern. Overall I didn't really like it much. It just wasn't interesting and was kinda silly.

I grew up on that show and absolutely adored it. I was hoping this new series would be as good, but it's just a woeful waste of my license fee.
