first i would probably get my cock-fight skeelz on a scratch eyes...if i fialed however, a good roast is the way to go.

Chicken Cordon Bleu (ham and cheese is good) or
Chicken Kiev (hmmm .... garlic butter) or
Chicken Marsala (cooking with booze :) )

I also love a good oven roasted chook, but it needs great roast vegies to go with it ... and perfectly roasted vegies is often far ore difficult to get right than baking the chook.

They need to break out the grill and do a beer can chicken. I doubt even Alex could screw that up.
