I don't need to explain the whole Eolas (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eolas) patent deal and the impact on how embedded content is displayed from within M$IE to any one here--you already know. But what I do have to ask is why on Earth a company like Rev3 isn't using SWFObject (http://blog.deconcept.com/swfobject/) or some in-home code to embed the flash movies properly so that your IE users don't have to click twice? Usually I'm using Firefox, but tonight I had to use a computer that only had IE when I noticed this.

In summary (attn admins):
Get rid of that "Click to activate and use this control" message from your online shows! (please)

FWIW - Same thing happens in Opera as well.

I am getting RSI from all that extra "one mouse click to activate the control" BS. How will I every survive the day
