everyday ill post a random thought. if this is spam you can close it, but i think some intresting discussion can come out of this.
day1: if we didnt nuke japan would we still be a superpower?

Yes, because even though we didn't nuke them it doesn't mean we still wouldn't have the power too. ;)
Our country would have had to protect itself at some point.

I think we still would be. Though I think a lot has been done the past few years that will hurt us keeping that position. Not only in government, but also in school and society in general. I don't think america as a whole will be in a position to keep this going, the kids today are being groomed to grow up in a world where they always win and never scrape their knees when they fall down.
I hope and pray that some parents during all of this teach their children well and then in turn those few people can step up and lead this country. And god willing the voters are smart enough to see value in them and vote them there.
Every great society falls. I'm just wondering how much longer our day in the sun will last. I'd hate to be alive to see america in its decent
(someone had to get the ball rolling....hah)

ok so i guess i was wrong and we still would be a super power. why is it the sharpest tool in the shed? i mean a hammer is way more useful than a razor

I wouldn't want to be described as any kind of tool. But I would much rather be able to cut and stab than bludgeon.

Because the saying is suppose to correlate with being sharp-minded in real life. You have to phrase it like that to make the metaphor sound good. ;)

well the only thing i can think that a razor is for is cutting drywall and a happer hammers nails removes nails and breaks things

If we hadn't nuked them, they wouldn't of focused so much on kicking our ass in the tech field... imagine how much tech would suck without the japanese? :)

actually, of all the tools in my house I use the razor the most and I don't cut any drywall. Think outside the box.

why would you want to nuke japan? sure you cant understand what there saying, sure they have multi color hair styles, but gosh darn it- the women are hot, sushi rocks and watching 2 fat guys push is other is funny. you say nuke japan, i say lets force them to learn english and enjoy they're sex culture :D
